Two faced Janus Agenda: Choose to lose your rights – Family Career Assurance

Two faced Janus Agenda: Choose to lose your rights

The Janus Agenda and its two-faced message exists in the same world as does all ulterior motive.

The Janus Agenda is not about securing rights to work. It is about the demise of unions and with that, the death of rights at work.

Can that possibly be denied in a world where honesty and morality still exists?

Saying one thing while meaning another is as two-faced as it gets.

Simply put, a one-sided voice of union rights (or actually the anti-union voice), needs to be scrutinized more now than at any time.

Justice Alito and four complicit co-workers just empowered the most impersonal and pitiless aspect of life. That being “Business is business.”

It sure seems purposely denied: The humanity of every employed person in the United States to have an unfettered voice and rights at work.

I thought I would challenge the morality and ethics of those employing The Janus Agenda and its other face: Right To Work.

Just as Mark Janus, Rebecca Friedrich and others anti-union zealots challenge union membership, there needs to be a challenge to them and the power machines they are using to end the ability to have a voice at work.

Make no mistake, there is an agenda at work to simply eliminate unions in America. There can be no honest dispute to that.

And like the serpent in the garden of Eden, a promise is made of enlightenment and attainment, but the end goal is the loss of it.

Anyone claiming that they are “pro-union” while at the same time actively involved in encouraging the opposite, are strikingly similar to the entity offering sweet fruit but knowing the sour outcome planned because of it.

There isn’t a law firm in the USA that can exist if all of its clients had a “Right To Law” but didn’t pay fees. Even “Pro Bono,” where a law firm takes on a client and their case for free doesn’t come from Free Riders. It comes from people paying for the law firm to exist.

“It is inevitable that stumbling blocks come, but woe to him through whom they come! – Jesus of Nazareth

It is the 21st century and a career is a very difficult thing to establish. Alito joins a long list of people whose morality has to be questioned. His job has no more worth than any other Goverment worker, but his influence has tentacle-reach that will put into motion a new and darker problem for people that want a voice and true value at work.

“At Will” employment is a remnant of the Dark Ages that only a Union contract stands against.

While I went from a careless and carefree person to seeing the incredibly wonderful nature of a Collective Bargaining Agreement (having a union), it was voices of reason and rights that led me to see a union membership as a gift that needs to be protected.

Note: Watching a wonderful person fired at the whim of a high-level boss for personal and not performance reasons led me to embrace “Just Cause Rights.”

Justice Samuel Alito and his position and that of like-minded zealots, sounds like the ability to make a choice, but the reality is that “business” interests and intensely powerful people want to control the workplace.

Controlling the workplace is fraught with injustice and unfairness the likes of which have been seen in horro and tyranny throughout th history of mankind.

Union membership stands against that horror.

I deny that it is a debate that the “Right To Work” advocates want. Because, if people were allowed a free exchange of dialogue on employment and career rights, they would choose having unassailable and inalienable rights just as the Supreme Court Justices have in their jobs.

What anti-union forces are doing is neither a fair fight nor is it honest and morally sound
